What is the Commission structure for India?
binary plan-a 1/3-2/3 plan that pays weekly plus has matching bonuses. For people new to network marketing, you build 2 teams, and everyone's sales in both of your teams contribute to your income. There are no levels in our program. In some companies you can only earn an income or count the sales of people on a certain number of levels, but in our program everyone's sales in both of your teams contribute towards your income, regardless of who sponsored them, where they are below you, or what country they live in.
How will distributors in India be paid commissions/bonuses?
They will recieve comission/bonus checks and be paid in Rupees.

How much do you have to do monthy in order to be considered active and accumulate volume?
60 in personal QV which is 2 bottles. Personal QV consists of personal orders and those of your customers.
What is required to earn commissions in the binary?
120 in personal QV, which is 4 bottles, and have one active person with 60 QV that you have referred in your left team, and have one active person with 60 QV in your right team. When one team has achieved 180 QV and your other team has generated 360 QV, you complete a "cycle" and earn around $25 each time this happens. You can earn up to $25,000 per week on your position in the binary plan.
What is required to earn matching bonuses?
You can earn matching bonuses on the people you personally enroll and on all they people they personall enroll. You can earn 10% of what they earn in the binary plan each week provided that you have 120 in personal QV, you have 2 active personally sponsored people in one team, and 4 active personally sponsored people in your other team. There is no cap or limit on what you can earn in matching bonuses each week. This is why we recommend that you sponsor as many people as possible, and that you refer at least twice the number required for each leg as not all will be active, and you want to make sure that you always have the required number of personally sponsored actives in each team in order to receive matching bonuses
There are several different pay plans that I have seen in various companies. What are the advantages of a two team (binary) pay plan?
Regarding the binary plan, basically you are only having to build 2 teams, whereas in most programs you have to build 5 teams or more to maximize their pay plan, so it is an easier program for the average person to be successful in. Once you have referred one person to your left team and one person to to your right team, any additional people you personally refer will be placed down
below someone in one of your two teams, depending on how you have your placement allocator set.

As a result, the binary plan encourages teamwork and building depth as once you have referred and placed a person in each of your two teams, you are placing additional people you refer down below someone in one of your two teams.
